Refund & Return Policy
To combat scammers, we have a strict return and refund policy. We understand that things can happen, and do not dispute that a substandard product could end up in circulation. That said, our products are mass produced in large runs so if something was out of calibration, it would affect many of the same stencil variants and we would be savvy to the situation right away. We are not responsible for you ruining your stencils during the weeding or application process. Please do not attempt to claim a faulty product for your own mishap. If you do believe to have received a faulty product, please email us (email@example.com) with a detailed description and pictures of the problem, as well as your order number. We also ask for your patience and politeness. Treating us like an asshole will not get you any closer to a resolution.
Stencils are shipped USPS Flat Rate. For orders in the United States, it can take 2-3 business days. DuraCoat products are flammable and can only be shipped UPS Ground. Shipping time can vary. Orders generally ship the next business day. In some cases, an order may ship the same day if it is placed early enough in the day.
Flat Rate Shipping
Our Stencils are shipped in the rigid Flat Rate envelopes to help protect them during shipping. We do not offer any other options.
Lost or Missing Packages
We are responsible for making the product and shipping it out in a timely manner. We are not a shipping carrier and are not responsible for the package once it has been turned over to the carrier. If your tracking information shows the package to be lost, you must contact your local USPS office with your tracking information to resolve the issue or file a claim.
